Description |
| The Molecular Informatics Portal
(MIP) for microarray data retrieval and analysis allows registered
users to download raw data files and annotated microarray chip data
sets. Chip privileges may also be assigned, allowing the principal
investigator to share his/her microarray data sets with other
registered users. The Gene Search utility allows users to query
annotations for genes/probesets from Entrez Gene, UniGene, and Gene
Ontology and to view expression profile information for genes of
interest using all the available chips at Washington University. Users
also have access to microarray raw data files and annotated data for
all publications authored by Washington University researchers and easy
access to research tools such as the Promoter
Analysis Pipeline and Function Express
Client. |

| MIP is an n-tiered web application in
